Role Summary
As Supply Leader, you will oversee the team responsible for growing and maintaining Flokq's property inventory, ensuring customers have access to the best and most up-to-date options. The role focuses on making sure the team consistently beats daily and weekly targets by actively managing each team member's efficiency, productivity, and know-how, while maintaining a very high degree of accuracy and availability in the inventory. This position demands strong operational leadership, process-driven thinking, and the ability to deliver results in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Supply team (Senior and Associate levels) to achieve property listing growth and maintain data quality.
- Oversee property onboarding processes and ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the inventory system.
- Drive responsiveness to customer needs by ensuring fast, effective fulfillment of active demand.
- Actively monitor and improve team efficiency, productivity, and technical knowledge.
- Identify and close gaps in inventory coverage across locations and property types.
- Build and optimize workflows, SOPs, and tools to increase team output and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Viewing teams to align supply efforts with market demand and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on inventory performance, team metrics, and operational challenges.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations management or team leadership (property or related industries preferred).
- Strong track record of managing team productivity and achieving performance targets.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Native-level English fluency (spoken and written).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Full-time office presence in Yogyakarta maybe required.
