Responsibilities:
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company SOP.
- Develop weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plans for all units.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are executed as scheduled and provide reminders to unit drivers at least H-2 before execution.
- Analyze each repair activity and identify any abnormal costs on each unit.
- Ensure all repair activities and spare part usage are accurately recordedin the ERP system.
- Maintain spare part availability for the next 90 days at each warehouse.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly repair timelines, monitor their implementation, and report progress to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Staff regarding spare part availability to support smooth repair planning.
- Conduct manpower analysis to ensure the maintenance schedule is implemented within the agreed timeframe.
- Analyze repair needs, estimate time and cost for units damaged due to accidents or incidents.
- Prepare and submit weekly summary reports for all maintenance activities outside of inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Mechanical & Electrical knowledge.
- Able tojoin immediately.
