Full-Time Employee

Responsibilities:

  • Offer and sell
    Premium Listing Packages (Silver & Gold)
    to existing property sellers in the Pashouses ecosystem.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners and help them understand the benefits of upgrading their listings.
  • Conduct daily outreach via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to sellers on how Premium Listing can maximize visibility and buyer reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply) to ensure smooth activation of purchased packages.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in property sales, telemarketing, or service upselling roles (experience in real estate or digital marketing is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working with daily/weekly KPIs.
  • Confident in handling objections and explaining product value clearly.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and eager to grow within a high-performance sales environment.

Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Achieve weekly and monthly
    Premium Listing sales targets
    (number of packages sold & total revenue).
  • Maintain high conversion rate from existing supply leads.
  • Ensure high seller satisfaction and repeat package purchases.
