Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective shippers into long-term partners
- Present the company's logistics tech platform to decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure seamless delivery and payment processes
- Meet and exceed revenue, volume, and partnership acquisition targets
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (logistics industry preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling skills
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
