We are construction company seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Façade Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake design projects from concept development to completion of the projects.

• Responsible for the design and specification of the façade system, following project requirements and client preferences.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement.

• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

• Prepare façade schedules and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with the design team and communicate with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architectural or civil engineer or equivalent experience

• Work experience minimum 2 years as an Façade engineer or in a similar role would be preferred

• Understand façade system and details

• Understand aluminium and glass and other façade material would be a benefit

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills

• Understand Mandarin would be priority

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, or other design programs.

• Self-organized, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
