The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kids retail store to ensure smooth performance, high sales achievement, and excellent customer experience. This role includes managing store staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Drive store sales to meet targets by developing kids local strategies aligned with global sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a multicultural team, ensuring staff are well-versed in products, sales techniques, and store policies.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, supplier coordination, and regular inventory checks while ensuring efficient communication with headquarters.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of service, addressing customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, cash flow, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with headquarters' financial procedures.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store with attractive displays and well-maintained merchandise.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local customer engagement.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure health and safety compliance while managing store security to prevent theft and loss.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on key performance metrics and provide insights to headquarters for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in retail management, team leadership, and international brand market entry.
  • Education: Diploma (D3) preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, customer service orientation, and proficiency in retail software. Familiarity with basic IT installation.
  • Language proficiency: English and Indonesian.
  • Attributes: Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of decision-making under pressure in a multicultural environment.
  • International Market Experience: Experience in brand expansion in Southeast Asia is a plus.
