Job Descriptions:
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and insurance/BPJS, and prepare accurate and timely monthly personnel reports.
- Manage and handle company licensing and legal documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including office supplies, workstations, operational vehicles, and coordination of support staff (office boys, drivers, messengers, etc.).
- Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (any major).
- At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably from a contractor or property developer company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
