Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a startup company.
- Strong ability to create HR systems and documentation from the ground up.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Placement: North Jakarta (Sister Company).
- Able to join immediately (ASAP).
Job Description:
- Create and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, SOPs, HR forms, and company policies.
- Manage employee data, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support employee development, performance review, and culture initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to build efficient HR processes supporting business growth.
