Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a startup company.
  • Strong ability to create HR systems and documentation from the ground up.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Placement: North Jakarta (Sister Company).
  • Able to join immediately (ASAP).

Job Description:

  • Create and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, SOPs, HR forms, and company policies.
  • Manage employee data, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support employee development, performance review, and culture initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to build efficient HR processes supporting business growth.
