Job Description
- Provide technical support and assist users in resolving issues related to computers, software, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Responsible for managing the company's IT assets, including inventory recording, labeling, and conducting stock checks.
- Check and update operating systems and user applications regularly.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WiFi, and internet connections.
- Document and track issues, requests, and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as IT Support or a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with users from diverse backgrounds.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Willing to work on holidays (including Eid and national public holidays).
