Position: Design & Site Specialist

At Snackita, we're on a mission to bring Indonesia's favorite snacks to every corner of the country. As we rapidly expand our stores, we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Design & Site Specialist to ensure our outlets are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with our brand identity.

You'll be the bridge between design and execution, ensuring Snackita retail stores are built efficiently, on-brand, and on time.

Design Development:

• Create store layouts, interior design concepts, and technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp) following Snackita's brand standards.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings (interior & civil) for contractors and vendors.
• Adapt designs for different store sizes and locations while maintaining brand consistency.

On-Site Supervision & Coordination:

• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and inspections to ensure design feasibility.
• Supervise construction/renovation progress to ensure alignment with design plans.
• Quickly resolve on-site technical issues to keep projects on track.

Project Management:

• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Document progress with photos, reports, and as-built drawings.

Innovation & Improvement:

• Develop cost-effective and scalable design solutions for rapid retail expansion.
• Stay updated on the latest retail design trends to keep Snackita stores fresh and appealing.

Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
Experience:

• Min. 3-5 years in retail design, interior supervision, or architectural projects.

Technical Skills:
- Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office.
- Bonus: 3D Max or other rendering software.

Soft Skills:
- Problem-solver – quick thinker when facing on-site challenges.
- Detail-oriented – precise in measurements and design execution.
- Team player – able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
