Role Description
The Project Manager oversees and coordinates all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. This role ensures that work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. The Project Manager leads site teams, manages subcontractors, monitors project progress, and serves as the main point of communication between clients, consultants, and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and supervise construction activities on site
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Plan and execute construction schedule according to timeline
• Recruit and coordinate mandors (team leaders) for specific tasks
• Evaluate and ensure the qualification and performance of workers
• Communicate progress reports and resolve on-site issues efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor in construction
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work full-time in Ubud, Bali
