Additionally, we incubate and support artists to fulfill their maximum potential. Today, we proudly represent Indonesian artists Popomangun, Tempa, Yessiow, and Luthfi Hinelo.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
- Supervise event setup, dismantle, and live operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Identify potential risks and troubleshoot problems on the spot.
- Maintain high production standards that reflect Mahavisual's reputation for excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing brand events, exhibitions, or activations (agency or EO background preferred).
- Proven track record of handling complex projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong leadership and coordination ability. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
- Understanding of event production workflow (fabrication, permits, logistics, etc.)
