Responsibilities
The role focuses on managing global supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, ensuring high-quality materials and services are delivered on time and in compliance with both company policies and international trade regulations.
Handle end-to-end international supplier sourcing for construction-related materials, equipment, and services.
Conduct supplier evaluation and qualification, focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance.
Manage contract drafting, review, and negotiation with overseas vendors.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and company procurement policies.
Collaborate with project teams to translate technical requirements into procurement specifications.
Monitor purchase orders, shipping schedules, and delivery performance to ensure timely execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
2 - 3+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in the construction industry.
Proven track record in international procurement and supplier management.
Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and logistics management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in Manda*in and English is mandatory.
Preferred
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems will be a plus
