Job Description

1 .Develop and implement KOL and influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion).

2.Identify, select, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and communities relevant to the target audience.

3.Negotiate rate cards, contracts, and collaboration benefits with KOLs/agencies.

  • Create campaign briefs and ensure content execution aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Monitor and evaluate KOL campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, sales).

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and agencies.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce teams for integrated campaigns.

  • Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly) on KOL performance and provide optimization recommendations.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing / KOL Management (preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry).

  • Strong network/database of KOLs and influencers.

  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and audience behavior.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

6.Strong analytical and reporting skills.

7.Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with digital content trends.
