About the role
We are looking for an experienced assistant manager or supervisor to support the overall operations of our Korean Fine Dining restaurant in Menteng, jakarta Pusat. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the restaurant management/executive Chef Owner in daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the Management of Hospitality & Tourism industry
- Oversee front of the house operations, ensuring high standard of service, ambiance, and customer satisfactions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in relevant software and technologies used in the Hospitaliti & Pariwisata industry
- Bachelor's degree in Manajemen or a related field.
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedure, and standards.
- Collaborate with the other departments to ensure seamless executions of product to service.
- Actively participate in staff training and development programs.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
