  • Assist in handling user support requests (helpdesk) related to hardware, software, and network issues
  • Perform installation, configuration, and updates of computers and standard company applications
  • Assist in troubleshooting device issues (PCs, printers, scanners, and other peripherals)
  • Support in recording and managing IT asset inventory (hardware and software)
  • Prepare reports on IT support activities and troubleshooting results
  • Assist in deployment and initial configuration of new devices
  • Support management of the company's internal or external websites based on WordPress
  • Perform installation, configuration, and updates of plugins/add-ons as needed
  • Support blogging activities such as content uploading, layout optimization, and basic SEO setup
  • Assist in troubleshooting errors related to themes, plugins, or database connections

  • Minimum Qualifications: Active student (Diploma/Bachelor's degree) majoring in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Available to undertake an 3 months internship program
  • Has a fundamental understanding of computer hardware components (PC/Laptop) and peripheral devices (printers, scanners).
  • Understands the basics of operating systems (especially Windows) and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Possesses basic knowledge of computer networking (LAN, WiFi, IP Address concepts).
  • Familiar with and has previously used the WordPress dashboard.
  • Understands how to create, edit, and publish content (posts and pages).
  • Possesses good communication and friendly service skills (for handling users).
  • Has a strong willingness to learn and is proactive in finding solutions.
