To support our growth, we are looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to strengthen our international sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support export sales in international markets.
  • Analyze global market trends to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance (ROI, lead generation, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and business partners in international markets.
  • Ensure marketing materials (brochures, websites, presentations, etc.) are tailored to export market needs.
  • Participate in international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and enhance product visibility.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for export sales growth.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in an export-focused company, preferably in the furniture or home & living industry.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of international markets and the dynamics of export-import trade.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with international clients and work across cultures.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Creative and analytical skills in designing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business partnerships.
