Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support export sales in international markets.
- Analyze global market trends to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance (ROI, lead generation, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and business partners in international markets.
- Ensure marketing materials (brochures, websites, presentations, etc.) are tailored to export market needs.
- Participate in international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and enhance product visibility.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for export sales growth.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in an export-focused company, preferably in the furniture or home & living industry.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of international markets and the dynamics of export-import trade.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with international clients and work across cultures.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Creative and analytical skills in designing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business partnerships.
