Job Description

Job Desc:

  • Approach future clients according to selected prospective industries
  • Discuss and confirm with customers to plan related projects, from training plan programs and module to executions
  • Arrange and maintain the flow of support requests for projects
  • Discuss customized agreement required in the finalization process
  • Present the material to prospective clients
  • Be the primary point of contact for select customers
  • Consult the negotiated project fee with the Program Development Manager
  • Consult customize agreement with Corporate Legal department
  • Handle various institution agreement related to the project accomplishment (e.g., SIUP, legal operation agreement, anggaran dasar)
  • Arrange and calculate invoice and tax payment to client

During Project Activities:

  • Ensure effective payment process from clients
  • Analyze budget realization from related projects and calculate further report
  • Develop solutions and services proposals to potential clients
  • Secure projects from new clients
  • Identify new solutions and/or services which can be proposed to existing customers/clients
  • Handle project agreement process in Professional Services (e.g. extension, review, addendum, etc.)

Management Support Activities:

  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience
  • Experience in Marketing & Sales IT Industry
PT. Hanwa Indonesia – Sales Division

Location : Sudirman, Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze steel market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities
  • Handle local, import, and export sales operations efficiently
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure product quality control through regular inspections
  • Collaborate with the admin team to track shipments and resolve payment delays
  • Identify and engage with new customers, negotiating and securing deals

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome
  • Strong communication skills in English (oral & written); Mandarin/Chinese is a plus
  • Strong interest in sales, target-oriented, and able to achieve yearly goals
  • Experience in handling commodities, industrial tools, or steel-related products is preferred
  • Background in foreign/multinational companies is highly valued

Sales Engineer Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a sales Engineer. The sales engineer will be responsible for fulfilling his/her sales through a solution‑based selling approach and building strong professional relationship with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Support and Communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in mining and construction sector is preferred
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia
  • Microsoft Word and Powerpoint Proficiency
  • Has own vehicle (Car/Motorcycle)

As a sales engineer, you will be placed in one of these divisions once you are accepted into the team:

  • Drilling Division (Top Hammer & Rotary Drills, and Drilling Accessories)
  • Crushing Division (Stone Crushers, Breaker and Accessories)

Based on your daily activities and prospects, you will be required to:

  • Provide daily report about customer calls, meetings and visits
  • Update Customer database with all important contact details
