About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager with strong analytical and communication skills to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from planning to successful implementation for our customers across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements and ensure implementations meet business needs.
  • Manage project delivery by coordinating across internal teams (Developer, QA, Support) and external vendors.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Prepare and develop project budget proposals based on scope and required resources.
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project meetings, sprint reviews, and report progress to management.
  • Develop project documentation such as project plans, meeting notes, and implementation reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager and Implementation Team throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
  • Maximum age 25 years old.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Developer.
  • Hands-on experience managing at least 3 ERP or CRM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, API integration, and business workflows.
  • Familiar with Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Team-oriented and proactive in driving progress.
