Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conducting psychological tests and assessments
- Coordinate with relevant departments to understand staffing needs.
- Compile, post and monitor job advertisements
- Reviewing job applications and candidate backgrounds
- Responsible for candidates during the recruitment process
- Doing coaching and counseling for new joiners during the probation period
- Doing company branding to increase public awareness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology
- Experienced in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition field
- Proficient in using Microsoft office, especially Excel
- Adaptive, creative, and communicative
- Willing to be placed at Cilincing, North Jakarta
