Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner, located in Bogor. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the company, developing and implementing business strategies, managing the company's budget and financial performance, and ensuring overall business growth. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, making executive decisions, representing the company in meetings and negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing business operations and developing business strategies
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent financial management and budgeting skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across departments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in a relevant industry is a plus
