The HRGA Manager position is responsible for leading the Human Resources and General Affairs function, ensuring effective HR strategies, systems, and policies that align with company objectives. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with labor laws, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting business growth through sound HR and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day to day Human Resources functions.
- Manage recruitment, training, and employee development programs.
- Maintain effective employee and industrial relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Supervise general affairs activities to support business operations.
- Oversee legal functions, including ensuring all permits and licenses are up to date.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, law, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience in managerial level, including 3 years in a senior managerial position.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR management tools.
- High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English is a must.
