Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Assistant based in Tangerang. The HRBP Assistant will provide support in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and assisting with performance management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting HR operations, fostering organizational development, and addressing employee concerns in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- High learning willingness and a strong growth mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide proactive support
- Understand HR policies and core Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in employee relations and handling labor-related matters
- Knowledge of performance management processes
