The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Understanding our couriers, determine what kind of education needed
- Creating materials for Courier Education (Deck Presentation & Pre-recorded video)
- Checking communication, copywriting & beautifying Education deck
- Coordinate & conduct training & development programs for courier
- Take care on effectiveness of material education & training, in purposes to make our courier quality better
- Analyze Return Of Training Investment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Minimum 4 years of experience in learning & development
- Experienced in Marketplace would be preferred
- Have passion in education/training
- Have good communication written & verbal
- Willing to travel around Indonesia to do business trip
