PERSOL APAC Indonesia is currently assisting a leading international fine fragrance sole distributor with over 20 years of experience and nationwide coverage across Indonesia for seeking a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our team as an HR & GA Manager and will be based in Surabaya, East Java.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee effective Human Resources and General Affairs systems to enhance employee performance and organizational efficiency.
  • Design and execute strategies to strengthen recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR programs including Manpower Planning (MPP), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Performance Appraisals, Compensation & Benefits, and Budgeting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Enforce company rules and policies through appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and related agreements.
  • Manage and control all company assets and facilities (Asset Management).
  • Foster and maintain harmonious relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take full responsibility for all HR and GA-related matters within the division.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR & GA Manager.
  • Strong ability to develop strategies for people and organizational development.
  • In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and data evaluation skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Highly disciplined, responsible, honest, and detail‑oriented.
  • Willing to be based in Rungkut SIER, Surabaya .
