Requirements:

  • Having a Bachelor's Degree in Information System (or similar Major) from a reputable university
  • Possessing a solid 4 years experience in managing Palo Alto's Cortex XDR product, with a combined scope of post-sales and operation
  • Must possessed a valid Palo Alto's XDR certification for either "Palo Alto's XDR Engineer" or "PCDRA"
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a team leading responsibilities, managing an on-site security service for the client
  • Strong and proven portfolio in an IT-security tools, focusing in Endpoint security platform such as AV/EDR/XDR, Malware Anlysis, and other cyber-attacks defender
  • Excellent leadership quality, able to manage and evenly distribute the team's task and workload effectively
  • Good english capability, both for written and verbal
  • Able to work under preassure; excellent target fullfilment orientation within a constrained time-line

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overseeing all work activities performed by the residential engineer
  • Able to act as a liaison between the XDR support team and the client, including information-sharing and partial consultative approach
  • Responsible for determining the team's goals in accordance of service's objective and team activities
  • Create and implement service strategies in terms of preventive and corrective maintenance, in the hope of achieving the client's desired goals.
  • Assist in overseeing the team's daily operational activities.
  • Provide recommendations for best practices in the use of XDR solution, including their procedures to integrate with the client's IT system
  • Act as a PIC for documentation's integrity, especially for post-integration documentation
  • Coordinate with operators regarding the preparation and configuration which are required during the XDR integration or installation process
  • Responsible for preparing Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance reports to be presented to the client side
  • Managing every ad-hoc request from the client
