We're looking for a
Business Development
professional to help expand our store presence and build strategic partnerships with malls across Indonesia.
Job Descriptions:
- Communicate and build strong relationships with mall representatives, especially leasing teams
- Lead new store expansion in malls and stand-alone locations
- Monitor lease periods and manage lease renewals
- Handle lease-related administrative tasks such as LOI, LOO, PSM, addendums, and more
- Possess strong and broad networks with malls throughout Indonesia
- Analyze potential locations by assessing traffic count, sales forecasts, and payback period calculations
Requirements:
- 3 – 7 years of experience in Business Development / Leasing / Expansion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, especially in administrative and lease documentation
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to travel for business when needed
