Synergy Engineering is seeking a qualified
Project Engineer
to join our team in BSD City, South Tangerang. In this role, you will coordinate, monitor, and control project execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
Job Description:
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources (CTR: Cost, Time, Resource).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project deliverables.
- Manage Change Orders (CO) and adjust project plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project management activities from initiation to completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Engineer in an engineering consultant, preferably Oil & Gas.
- Strong knowledge of CTR, budget control, and deliverables estimation.
- Familiar with Change Order (CO) process and project adjustments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
