Manage the entire merchandising process from sourcing to shipment.
Communicate and coordinate closely with international clients regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Work closely with production, quality assurance, and sourcing teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
Monitor sample development, fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories to meet buyer requirements.
Analyze market trends and client preferences to provide valuable input for product development.
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a merchandiser in garment manufacturing.
- Proven experience handling international buyers.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
