Job responsibilities include:

  • Drive implementation of local employee recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment: resume screening, interview scheduling, initial interviews, and background checks to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manage employee lifecycle, salary administration, social security, and related matters.
  • Assist drafting, reviewing, and revising company policies and rules; organise and oversee daily administrative work.
  • Support financial tasks such as daily cashier duties, account reconciliation, tax filing, and timely issuance of financial statements and internal management reports.

Job requirements:

  • Proficiency in office software and basic financial knowledge; understanding of financial statement composition and preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
