Job responsibilities include:
- Drive implementation of local employee recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment: resume screening, interview scheduling, initial interviews, and background checks to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Manage employee lifecycle, salary administration, social security, and related matters.
- Assist drafting, reviewing, and revising company policies and rules; organise and oversee daily administrative work.
- Support financial tasks such as daily cashier duties, account reconciliation, tax filing, and timely issuance of financial statements and internal management reports.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Approximately 3 years of HR‑related experience; basic financial capabilities and familiarity with local financial procedures are a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and basic financial knowledge; understanding of financial statement composition and preparation.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR modules (recruitment, compensation, employee relations).
- Excellent cross‑cultural communication, meticulous, responsible, and logical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate with headquarters, meet delivery requirements, and proactively solve problems.
- Local nationality, fluent in English; basic Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
- Cost control across organization, aligning budget with actual spend.
- Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations.
