• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UpSelling Marketing
• Able to work both independently and in a team, with a cooperative attitude
• Strong leadership and time management skills

• Preferably domiciled in the Bekasi area

Responsibilities:
• Formulate comprehensive marketing plans for logistics services
• Identify market segments, industry trends, and new opportunities for growth
• Design and execute engaging marketing campaigns to increase visibility and sales of logistics services
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
• Prepare analytical reports to support strategic decision-making
• Develop strategies to strengthen the company's brand in the logistics market
• Lead the marketing team, provide training, and develop team members
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure service alignment
