- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in instrumentation engineering for LNG/Oil & Gas projects (15 years preferred for FPSO or large-scale LNG facilities)
- Strong capability in preparing and reviewing P&ID, loop diagrams, datasheets, I/O lists, cause-effect matrices, and cable schedules
- Proficient in SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), Aveva, AutoCAD, and vendor software (Emerson, Yokogawa, HIMA, etc.)
- Experienced with DCS, PLC, SIS/ESD, Fire & Gas systems, and functional safety (HAZOP, SIL, F&G studies, hazard classification)
- Solid knowledge of international codes and standards (API, ASME, IEC, NFPA, ATEX, ISA, ISO)
- Proven ability to lead instrumentation scope in LNG project phases (FEED, detailed design, EPC, commissioning, start-up), including FAT/SAT and site support
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers and ensure project delivery within schedule and budget
