Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Competencies

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign planning, or business intelligence
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and advertising tools (Zalora experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking (GMV, ROI, CVR, etc.)
  • Ability to build marketing plans based on trend forecasts and business goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce industries
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and behavioral analysis
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools beyond Looker Studio
  • Understanding of funnel analysis and digital user journeys.

DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE

  • Supports campaign execution across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora)
  • Manages reporting on KPIs such as GMV, CVR, visitor traffic, and marketing spend
  • Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., brands, platforms)
  • Responsible for marketing performance dashboards, reporting, and forecasting
  • Works cross-functionally with Data, Sales, and Creative teams.
  • Reporting to manager or senior manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage e-commerce advertising tools and optimize media placements (e.g., paid packages, ads)
  • Handle communication with both internal teams and external platforms (e.g., Zalora, Shopee)
  • Develop, track, and analyze weekly and monthly marketing reports (performance, insights, and recommendations)
  • Collaborate with the data team to build dashboards and visualize key marketing metrics
  • Forecast demand, marketing ROI, and campaign outcomes to support strategy decisions
  • Propose and manage marketing calendars aligned with product launches and promotional periods
  • Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and other performance experiments to identify optimization opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support growth and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Managing a minimum of 4 projects which might include supervising team both vertically or horizontally.
  • Manage advertising activities both within and outside marketplaces, including direct and indirect placements, as well as conducting analysis, planning, and reporting to the brand.
  • Support website-related projects, including brand and TCCM websites, focusing on SEO, traffic generation, and content/articles.
  • Actively support new or ongoing projects that contribute to the company's positive growth.
