About the Role

As a
Social Media Manager
, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, boost engagement, and generate qualified leads to support the marketing and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive
    social media strategies
    aligned with business objectives and target audiences (dentists, dental students, and dental clinics).
  • Build and manage a
    content calendar
    that supports product launches, educational campaigns, and events.
  • Lead the
    creative and content team
    to ensure all materials reflect Flash Dental's brand identity and voice.
  • Manage
    KOL and influencer collaborations
    relevant to the dental industry.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance through defined KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, leads).
  • Collaborate with the
    Digital Marketing team
    to optimize paid media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
  • Maintain consistent brand communication and ensure all content aligns with company values and positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
    .
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in social media marketing (experience in healthcare or FMCG is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and creative planning skills.
  • Proficient in
    Meta Business Suite and TikTok for Business
  • Proven ability to lead a small team (2–5 members) and work cross-functionally.
  • Creative, adaptive, and result-oriented with measurable performance goals.
