Job Description:
- Coordinate the activities of medical support units such as pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, medical records, and nutrition.
- Prepare program plans, policies, and budgets for medical support units.
- Develop hospital information systems, recording and reporting systems, and standard operating procedures related to medical support.
- Ensure the availability of medical equipment and medical support facilities needed by the hospital.
- Supervise, control, and evaluate the performance of medical support units and the quality of services provided.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on medical support activities.
- Evaluate the performance of medical support units and the quality of services provided.
- Participate in activities to improve the quality of medical support services.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a health field, such as a Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, or Health Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a manager in a medical support unit, or experience in an accredited hospital.
- Experience managing the workflow of medical support units such as laboratories, radiology, pharmacy, etc.
- Possess strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Able to think strategically and analytically, and oriented towards service quality.
