We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Receivable Staff who will be responsible for managing customer billing, monitoring payments, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of receivables. This role is essential in supporting company cash flow and maintaining healthy customer account management.
What You'll Do :- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on schedule
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
- Record all incoming payments and update AR ledgers accordingly
- Reconcile AR balances and support monthly financial closing
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation of AR transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Receivable or related function
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems
