About the role
Exacoat is seeking an experienced and talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Bekasi, West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content that showcases our brand and products to our target audience.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Exacoat's marketing objectives
- Act as on-screen talent in daily shooting sessions
- Create a variety of content including social media posts, videos, and other multimedia assets
- Edit and publish content across platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Maintain brand consistency across all produced content.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise content for maximum engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality
- Manage and maintain the company's content calendar and editorial process
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends to ensure relevance and audience appeal.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone/style to fit the brand voice
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
