Qualifications:
Diploma Degree / Bachelor Degree
Have min. 1 years working experience as a Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant
Excellent in Mandarin, both speaking & writing
Strong in Computer Literatur
Able to manage confidentialty
Fluent in English (Point Plus)
Impressive appearance (Proportional & Well-dressed).
Willing to be placed in Sedayu City & PIK
Job Description :
Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine in Mandarin.
Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software in Mandarin.
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transaction and other activities.
Performing general administration duties, coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for CEO as well as for visiting guests.
Assisting office related matter, and also business trip (local & overseas trip).
Providing assistance during presentation/trip.
Organizing appointments and agendas.
