Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Support Analytics professional. The role involves providing technical support, identifying and resolving IT-related issues, and maintaining systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting desktop computer issues, offering help desk support, and leveraging analytics tools to monitor and improve IT systems and services for optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of D4/S1 in Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in tracking platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics)
  • Familiar with CRM platforms and their integration in analytics workflows
  • Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a flexible.
  • Fluent in professional English written and spoken (TOEFL/TOIEC/EF-SET min. C1 Level)
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
