Requirements :

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, International Business or related major
  • Minimum 3-5 year experiences as similar position in the public company
  • Experienced in Holding/Investment company
  • Detail-oriented, multitasking, and able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication in English both conversation as well as written
  • Work location : Head Office, West Jakarta

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the investor community (institutional investors, analysts, shareholders).
  • Monitor analyst reports and summarize market sentiment, shareholder concerns, and industry trends to internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with equity analysts, institutional investors, and key market participants.
  • Provide strategic input to management based on investor feedback and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate communication teams to ensure consistency and compliance of disclosures.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders, as well as Public Exposes.
  • Responsible for completing the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
  • Ensure company compliance with OJK, IDX, and other capital market regulations.
