Job Scope:
- Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses
- Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry
- Must have/Mandatory Skill: Basic Excel Skill (calculation, Quick calculation with Autosum, Simple data automation in cells, Format numbers, Create a table, Using manual function, Combine 2 columns or rows and able to use Google sheet
- Fast response, effective and efficient in working
- Familiar with operating and answer messages on Messenger
- Able to understand and answer the question in English. (mandatory)
Requirements / Criteria:
- Bachelors Degree (S1) any major with GPA 2,75
- Max 2 year in data entry and processing/verification/reporting and-or similar (experience must stated in brief in the CV)
- Willing to work in the shifting schedule (comfortable to work in morning-afternoon-night shift and scheduled days off /randomly days-off)
- Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Skills: Candidates must pass an intermediate Excel test, demonstrating proficiency in tasks like creating PivotTables, using SUMIFS, cleaning text columns, and more. Mandatory.
- Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
- Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
- Fast response, effective and efficient in working
- Able to work within dynamic environment
- Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in Englih
