About the role
Become part of the Laundry Hub team as a Sales Specialist (Mandarin Speaker). You will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative laundry services to a diverse client base in the Kelapa Gading Jakarta area. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent growth opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings with potential clients to present Laundry Hub's services and offerings
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Provide excellent customer service and support to new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Continuously expand your product knowledge to become a subject matter expert
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the service industry, preferably in a similar role
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong prospecting and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with the laundry service industry is an advantage
