Social Media & Community Specialist
who can lead content creation, elevate our brand presence, and drive impactful online engagement community,
About the Role:
A. Content Strategy & Production
- Develop creative and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and other promotion display (e.g. TV booth ,Banner, Event PPT, etc)
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company's branding guidelines and messaging strategy.
- Generate / produce, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action ( like, share, poll,etc)
- Create individual content minimal 1 content/ day that relate to the audience impact-fully.
- Develop marketing communication that supports both community and commercial goals.
- Track and analyze social metrics to improve content performance.
- Identify trends and create timely, relevant content.
B. Social Media Community
- Foster meaningful interactions and conversations with followers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather feedback, iterate actions through various methods to fully understand what is happening in the community and be able to make a worthy engagement with the users.
- Align with company marketing strategy or direction and translate into community, event and partnership activities.
- Produce & organize online and/or offline community engagement and Host engagement when required ex ; IG LIVE, meet-up event, etc
- Host or moderate live sessions and online classes when required.
C. Team Management
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate action
- Collaborate with other brands or partners to produce contents and to elevate brand reputation dan value.
- Delegates work according to the Internal team / External Team (Freelancer) that meets the task requirement daily, weekly, and monthly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting and editing
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve content performance and engagement.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English is a must, minimal Intermediate level.
- Creativity and innovation in generating original content ideas and campaigns.
- Detail-oriented with strong visual and storytelling sensibilities.
- Able and is passionate to use technology as part of the working method.
