Bentani Hotel & Residence – Cirebon
Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all F&B operations across Bentani's diverse outlets: Yanagi (Japanese), Arirang (Korean), Grizzly Pub, hotel breakfast service, banquets, and in-room dining. This role ensures consistent guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability, while elevating Bentani's position as the executive & lifestyle hotel of choice in Cirebon.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a 4-star or higher hotel.
• Proven leadership managing multi-outlet F&B operations, especially international cuisine (Japanese, Korean, Western) and bar/pub operations.
• Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems), preferably Power Pro system, and POS system integration for F&B reporting.
• Financial expertise: budget control, cost of sales management, inventory control, and analysis of food cost %, beverage cost %, GOP, RevPASH.
• Experience in banquet & catering operations, including costing, planning, and execution.
• Familiarity with sales-driven F&B promotions in coordination with Marketing (seasonal events, themed dinners, wine/soju promotions, live entertainment, etc.).
• Excellent leadership skills in building, training, and motivating service and kitchen teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• Strong vendor & supplier negotiation skills to maintain quality and control purchasing cost.
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene, HACCP, and service standards across all outlets.
