Carry out maintenance and repair of existing medical facilities and infrastructure in the hospital environment in accordance with established standards.
Carrying out maintenance, repair, replacement and calibration activities for medical facilities and infrastructure according to schedule using preventive and corrective maintenance programs and applying correct methods and regulations.
Collect required data and/or produce reports related to operational activities for superiors and other relevant parties.
Carry out routine checks and document the condition and function of medical facilities and infrastructure to ensure maintenance standards have been achieved, implemented and maintained.
Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital-wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
Fill out daily logsheets regularly for designated areas.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the engineering field, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Previous experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of medical electronic equipment is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of medical electronic systems, including understanding schematics, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and instruments used for testing and repairing medical equipment.
