General Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronic & electrical manufacturing
Proficient in English (TOEFL score ≥ 500)
Proficient in operating a computer and using Microsoft Office
Willing to be relocated to Hongfa India

Special Requirements:

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process flow, and production efficiency
Knowledgeable in electrical and electronic systems, PLC, microcontrollers, and automation
Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems applied in production processes
Able to perform process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and maintaining process compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Main Responsibilities:

Analyze, evaluate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
Collaborate with R&D and production teams in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or technology
Monitor and optimize cycle times, material usage, and equipment performance
Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related issues
Utilize knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and microcontroller systems in process development
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and internal quality standards throughout the production process
Provide technical support and training to production staff to improve process consistency and reduce variability
Support cross-functional projects such as automation, cost reduction, and process digitization
Report regularly to the Engineering Manager and contribute to meeting department KPIs and company targets
