Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell industrial products such as air compressors, air dryers, chillers, and related equipment.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Prepare engaging and professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Analyze sales data and provide performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling compressors or industrial machinery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Experience in planning and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales performance.
  • Good knowledge of relevant products and industry trends.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage.
