Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with local labor regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison with labor unions and lead negotiation processes.
  • Handle labor disputes and coordinate with government institutions such as the Ministry of Manpower when needed.
  • Draft, review, and update Company Regulations (PP) or Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
  • Manage disciplinary actions, warning letters, and termination procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee General Affairs matters such as operational vehicles, permits, office assets, and general facilities.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (preferred), Human Resources Management, or Psychology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR at a managerial level, with a strong focus on industrial relations and general affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, Omnibus Law, BPJS, and other employment regulations.
  • Proven experience working with labor unions, handling negotiations, and attending Industrial Relations Court (PHI) is a must.
  • Assertive, communicative, and an excellent negotiator.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a strong advantage.
