JOB DESCRIPTION

• Mold & Machine Maintenance
• Conducting Kaizen to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time
• Controlling production results to ensure they meet quality standards
• Controlling machine calibration and periodic machine checks
• Drawing control and creating new drawings
• Collecting all data and activities related to machines and jigs
• Developing an OHS Management System
• Efficiency and cost analysis (OEE, machine maintenance, etc.)
• Technical documentation and administration (TPM reports, maintenance schedules, creating SOPs and manuals, etc.)
• Understanding machine maintenance methods (TPM, MTTR, MTBF)

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Technical competency certificate (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Microsoft Officeetc.)

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in industrial machinery (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Understand Safety, ISO and understand Manufacturing
