Job Objective
This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, customer audits, and efficient warehouse operations. It involves managing documentation, inventory control, logistics coordination, and quality assurance while ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with internal teams, customers, and regulatory bodies to maintain seamless operations and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities
• Audits & Compliance:
o Conduct customer audits and publish CAPA results.
o Perform annual self-inspections for suppliers.
o Ensure regulatory compliance by collecting and processing necessary documents.
o Verify and update CDOB/CPOB/CPOTB/CPAKB/SIPA permits monthly.
• Reporting & Documentation:
o Prepare and share monthly warehouse reports on incoming/outgoing goods.
o Generate and analyze temperature deviation reports, implementing corrective actions.
o Maintain records for customer POs, shipping documents, and regulatory archives.
o Monitor all PO from customer, delivery order and invoice issued by CSR.
o Provide sales reports for BPOM.
• Logistics & Inventory Control:
o Receive and record purchase orders (POs) in the incoming PO report.
o Verify and sign Delivery Orders (DOs) for goods dispatch.
o Check and update dispatch plans in stock review.
o Send arrival information to the warehouse upon receiving BPN from Finance.
o Follow up on container damage with the logistics team.
• Customer & Product Handling:
o Qualify new customers.
o Oversee color matching and artwork processes.
o Send product samples to customers and the sales team.
o Manage customer complaints effectively.
• Operational Excellence & Training:
o Update SOPs as required.
o Conduct GDP training for new employees.
o Monitor and analyze weekly data logger readings.
o Oversee annual data logger calibration and pallet fumigation.
o Conduct daily stock opname for samples and commercial items.
o Participate in any new projects if required, with Supply chain team.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting manager and HR.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy
Pharmacist License required
1-2 years of experience as Pharmacist in charge
